In 2020 when Covid hit, I like everyone else was lost for a few weeks trying to figure out how to deal with what was happening and wondering how long it would last. We all thought it would last a few weeks and then we would return to some type of normal.

This treadmill is a great concept, and it ticked all the boxes on what I was looking for. You can use it like a regular treadmill to walk or run.
It has a large removable table that can hold a laptop, books, or anything else you need to work with while you exercise.
You can use the desk portion for your laptop and walk slowly while you are working, or you can take the desk off, fold down the arms and push it under your regular standing desk and work that way.
I know a lot of people do that, and I can do it too if I am reading but I find it difficult to type while walking. I can’t get the motions right to make it comfortable.
Something to note is that I am 5’4” and the treadmill desk works perfectly for me.
I don’t think it would work if you were tall, but at that point you could take the desk part off and use it under your own desk.

I love the treadmill, and it works great for me. I don’t sprint or do anything crazy, fast walking and some jogging at most. I sit my laptop on the table portion and read my book while I walk.
If jogging I listen to music. Even with the arms up and the desk on it barely takes up much space. For the price point I honestly didn’t think it would be that great, so I was pleasantly surprised at how much I like it.
